Delete your Trackr account

The short version

You can delete your Trackr account yourself inside the app in under a minute, or ask us by email and we do it within 48 hours. Deletion is permanent. Your business profile, orders, customers, money records, stock, booking page, photos and notification registration are all removed.

This page explains how to delete your Trackr account, whether or not you still have the app on your phone. Trackr is a product of PathForge Limited (RC 8502394), Nigeria. It applies to every Trackr account, including accounts created through the Android app.

01Delete inside the app

Open Trackr and tap More at the bottom of the screen. The page is titled Settings & More.
Scroll down to Account and tap Delete account.
Type DELETE in the box to confirm.
Tap Yes, delete my account.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. You are signed out at once, and the account and its records cannot be brought back.

02Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app, or you cannot sign in, email us from the address you signed up with:

We delete the account within 48 hours of receiving your email and send you a confirmation email when it is done. We can only act on a request sent from the email address on the account. That rule protects you: nobody else can ask us to erase your business records.

03What is deleted

Your business profile: the business name, business type, photo and contact details.
All orders.
All customers, with their saved details and measurements.
All money records: payments received, income, expenses and refunds.
All stock items and stock movements.
Your booking page and any booking requests it received.
Photos you uploaded.
Your notification registration, so no further notifications reach your phone.

04What may be kept, and why

Records of subscription payments are kept for the period Nigerian accounting and tax law requires, because they are part of PathForge Limited's own financial records. A payment record holds the payment reference, the plan, the amount and the date. It is never used for anything else, and it is removed when the legally required period ends.

Nothing else is kept. After deletion we do not hold a copy of your customers, your orders or your money records.
